UPC BB down in parts of D7 ???

Blackhorse avenue upper to be exact, my BB went down on thurs morning, did'nt come back until this morning (saturday),..was up all day till midnight then started to go down again, a neighbour to my left was the exact same but neighbour on my right had his service restored on thurs evening & did'nt go down again,..It's up &…
