Season 9 league up

Got my new coaches in the end of last week, and had 29 pops this week!!!

Some players had 3+ pops each...


Would that be normal for a first week with new coaches??

Was fairly suprised when i logged in today though.. The 17yo i bought last week had 4 pops.. 2 of them bring him to '12' the others to 10

Incrediably tight game between myself and Cork Coyotes! just conceeded a penalty, don't know how this match will turn out. wont be high scoring anyway! need the win though I do, since lost badly to pornstars a while back!:o

not a single linebreak in my game, and neither side getting the excited commentary of a potential try (blue writing) very even game (unfortunately! would prefer to be hammering him!:D)

Unfortunately the game engine is biased in favour of high kicking, high P'n'G/DRI teams.

Think stamina and defense won it for me by looking at the stats... you had alot more chances, but my defense held out strong for a good few plays..

Yeah I decided to test out a tactic, 100 PNG and see how that works out. Will review the match properly during the week.

Yea, i thought something like that had happened.. what with you having double the number of phases etc..

Crazy how one of my 2nd rows went off injured, his replacment got injured, and HIS replacment got injured...

LTNT'd the bloke in second, much higher CSR but I noticed he had LTNT'd his Cup game and all his players were Knackered. Took full advantage. Good win, up to third in the league.

Savage stuff. Beat the team in 2nd by LTNT'ing with my reserves, so now am still first at halfway point on 30 points.

However, it won't last til the end of the season, A LOT of luck has gone my way in the league this year. and the sleeping giant in my league has logged on again after 5 weeks off.

Picked up 2 decent 18yo's over the weekend, gonna throw them in at he deep end for the next game.

Going with quite an experimental line up, alot of players in slots they really ' should'nt ' be in. But i've a feeling it'll work quite well..

Either that or it'll fail miserably.. Only one way to find out though!!

Have whitehorse up next week. They don't look as scary as they did at the start of the season but if anyone (Johnnysmack) has any advice on them I'd be glad to hear it

One of the biggest games of the seasonfor me today.. Even though the guy only logs on once a month, he works his team quite well.. I presume he's building up cash, and a squad for a push for div 2. He has zero players bought. All his own original squad, so i'd say he has HUGE money.
