Monday and Wednesdays From 7.30-9.15 p.m.
These classes will be mixed between BJJ/Wrestling Class

Tuesday 7.00-9.00 p.m. MMA striking Class

Saturday 12-2 OPEN Mat

I have to fast tomorrow for a hospital appointment wednesday but I think I might swing by next week:rolleyes:

I'm a complete newbie though so I might try rope in someone to come with me to make me look less crap :cool:

The BJJ instructor is a guy called Anthony Dunne he is a blue belt under Anthony Galeano who is a Carlson Gracie Fight Team blackbelt.

Do i have to pay the 65 euro monthly reg on the night? or check it out first/first session free?

Your are more than welcome to come down on Monday.

If you do come down to try it you dont have to bring the 65 euro monthly fee you are given your first week free.

What I would recommend to bring is Water, Shorts.

We are located in the glen abey industrial estate which is located directly across from the jacobs biscuit factory.

It is about 5 minutes away from Belgard Motors.

Haha glad u enjoyed the class and dont worry pain is just weakness leaving the body.

Your legs should be ok in a day or two. Glad to have u down for the class feel free to come down and try a different class anytime.
