    I would love a domestic one.I heard the SEI are to be given grants for them next year.
    Hope there small.Anyone have any info?

    What part are you confused with?

    It's important enough for me to post about on a forum where some people may be able to answer the question but not important enough for me to make a phone call about as in the grand scale of things the question outside of this thread is unimportant.
