Washing machine registration within 30 days of purchase or no warranty?

The form includes Date Of Birth! It looks like Im registering my self for junk mail. Do I have to fill this in or is it cods wallop and a junk mail data base? I can [x] to go on a data base, but I dont trust that.

You shouldn't need to register for a warranty. Most appliance manufacturers require you to register for an extended warranty, but not for 12 months.

If anything goes wrong, you should go back to the shop you bought it from anyway, and not the manufacturer.

If there is an opt-out box, and you tick it, then they cannot spam you with mail.
