Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Some clues:

    3. Mid 2000's thriller. Man on the right used to be a big star but hasn't been in anything big for a while.

    6. Early 2000's film. Director was in Dublin last year.

Couldn't be. Schindler's was 1993. "Early 2000s" was the clue.

    No, it's not Schindler's List.

Not A.I. either. It's not a Spielberg film, but the director would be a contemporary of Spielberg.

It's not Traffic, but the actor in the screenshot was in Traffic.

I know it's a bit off-topic, but that screenshot from What Richard Did is an EXACT copy of a scene from Love Exposure. Anybody else see it?

No, I haven't seen Love Exposure.

So this scene is an homage of sorts then?

    2. 80s film from a much admired "quirky" Director; the movie title is also an old song title

    4. Partly inspired by a famous Italian film; the actor in shot is a well-known Oscar winner

    10. 70s comedy. Actress in shot previously starred with one of her co-stars from this film in a well known Oscar winning 70s drama.

Maybe indie is a better description than quirky! This Director is not quite as mainstream as those you've mentioned
