Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Both correct, well done.

Another set complete....nope, it's not a blu-ray copy, wish I could say it was :)

My unconscious mind at it again: I said Wait Until Dark for Dial M for Murder - both from Frederick Knott plays.

    6. From the "Master of Suspense"

    7. Early dramatic outing for an actor more associated with comedy at the time (1980s). Now an Oscar winner

Nope. Hackman's not in this one.
But it does feature another well known actor who appeared in The Conversation (in an uncredited role) :)

Man, that narrows it down! ;) I know the Actor you mean, but what Oscar winning movie *wasn't* he in during the 70s? :)

I can't place the film, and I could just guess the 4 or 5 movies he was in that won Oscars, but that's kind of not the point of the thread I think, so I'll just wait til someone else knows it and comes along... :)
