Anyone know a butchers that sell wings already chopped into individual parts?

Aldi used to but don't stock them anymore. :( I had to chop up 4kilos of them on Friday. Not pleasant!

    You could try Moore Street.....

I did, hoping for some super hot wings. Tried the top 2 spicy flavours and found them a bit bland. Wouldn't be going out of my way to go there again.

Just a heads up... Hanlon's pub at Hanlon's corner have a new chef who is doing some decent food at good prices. Including wings almost exactly like Elephant and Castle, and L'Avenue in Maynooth (all three use the same sauce). You can get them to take away too.

Wishbone, I bet it wont last. Third restaurant there in the last year ago, after that ridiculous Porn Dog place, lol. Do people not do any research or something when it comes to opening obscure restaurants?
Anyway, I give it 6 months max.

It's gone already, I'm outside it now. How are people so f*cking stupid? Me as someone who knows nothing about economics or the restaurant business could have told them this was a big mistake. Crazy.

It's closed for renovations. Reopens on Monday.

Teriyaki Chicken Wings in Hop House (Shakespeare) on Parnell St are the best in Dublin for me.

Wait so it's opening again as the same restaurant? I hope no one went broke over this

You seem to have some issue with it?

It's closed for renovations and opening up again as the same place on Jan 10th.

Does very good wings and has been busy enough any time I've been there. Do a good deal at lunch time too.

No, I just thought it was a bad idea to open there after the last 2 failures that barely lasted a month each. Maybe I'm wrong.

So it should stay vacant?

Well I wouldn't open a restaurant there, no.

There are several other well established restaurants/cafes on that lane so location is not the issue.

    This

Serious competition on that lane. Gerry's, Green Bench etc - all have their customer base well established, then around the corner you have a great selection.

I wouldn't consider them competition as Wishbone is pretty niche going for specialised wings menu.
They'll build their own customer base over time.
