Cheap car insurance for a foreigner

Is there any cheap car insurance for a foreigner out there?I'm currently with 123.ie, will have 1 year ncb soon. The insurance all about the ncb none of the companies seem to appreciate having my driving licence for 13 yrs now. Any ideas welcomed. Thank you!
