The nice shoes thing, definatly. It's the only superficial thing I have difficulty looking past (you can totally judge people by their shoes or at least I like to think so).

I like if there is something different about them or they have an obscure interest or something. Being easy-going and funny would be the main things though. I'd also like them to be intelligent but not too intelligent 'cause I don't want to feel like a dunce!
