Removed link sorry for 2 reasons.
The face is clearly visible and there may be legal repercussions after this and I don't want to influence a court case.
Also Galway is small, kinda bad to put someone's face up like that.

People can still PM for link if they so desire. It's a drunk guy at the Spanish Arch getting arrested with pepper spray.
I'd hate if it was me or a friend on those pics. We'd never live it down
