Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Laptop Ticking

My laptop is making a loud ticking/clicking noise. I thought it was the harddrive (and it is coming from that area), but I swapped hard drives with my sisters brand new laptop to see and it still makes the same loud ticking clicking noise. What other moving parts are in there? I'm convinced it's coming from the harddrive but have changed it. Any other ideas? It's an Inspiron 1525.

Blow out the fan with some compressed air or a vaccum cleaner.
Might be some debris rubbing off the fan.
