Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

With Windows 7 (64 bit) is it possible to pin the Internet Explorer 8 icon to the desktop like a shortcut? I've seen options to pin to start menu and taskbar but not desktop.

Like with the older windows , Right click the IE8 icon from the program menu (from start ) and drag it to your desktop and then boom.. select "create shortcut here" and done!

    sorted man!

    :) START> All Programs> IE8 (right click) > Send to (desktop)

    That's the magic:)

Thanks, but is there a way to have the icon without the shortcut arrow like you could in xp?
