    Hi
whats the easiest way to stop the gears slipping on my tiagra rear derailleur under pressure? Not all the gears are slipping mind. It's all new.

If it's new, then chances are the cables have stretched (which is normal) and the rear mech needs adjustment. Turn the barrel adjuster counter-clockwise a half turn at a time until they start shifting smoothly again.

generally you ease of the gas slightly when shifting only for a nanosecond mind if you shift while on full gas and pressure you sometime experience your problem too
