On forums with Topic Prefixes (like here or Judge's Chambers), if you don't select a prefix, you get the message "You must select a thread prefix."

Would it be possible to create a "blank" or neutral prefix that isn't "other", e.g. "
"? Similarly, this post falls somewhere between Bug Report (however, it isn't a software bug, as it is working exactly as intended - but not as some may wish) and Feature Suggestion (however, its only a change in a field or database, the core software isn't changed).

Would it be possible that all prefixes be put in say square brackets [], so they are readily discernible when an e-mail notification is sent?

This is because those forums explicitly require a prefix. It's possible to have a forum which supports prefixes but does not require them. It depends on the preferences of those who requested the prefix (typically the moderators).

The prefixes in this forum are meant as rough categories, not precise descriptions. I wouldn't get too bothered about it.

This is also down to the individual preferences of those who had the prefixes set up.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
