    yeah there is a few rory tribute bands on , google "cork rocks for rory"

    Saw this last night and it was excellent. Nod to Michael Crowley in McCurtain st. Many a saturday afternoon spent there ogling guitars and drums I couldn't afford. Never realised he sold him THE strat.

    That makes 3 Mon boys so, you,me and Rory!!!!!
    Yip, Crowley's sold him the guitar but his shop was on Merchants Quay back then.

    Rory died 15 years ago today, RIP.
    There were some great events on last weekend for the Cork Rocks for Rory Festival ,I really enjoyed the photo's of the all stars in the Vision Centre.
