Would the government supply grants to actual physical fighting clubs that see kids actually get hurt? Yes they have.

It's all about how you spin your club as a positive activity for young people. I have a couple of friends involved in youth work and running a football club respectively and they have spun some ****e over the years to get grants.

The youth worker himself has started a lot of clubs and believe me you will get grants if you go about it the right way.
