Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

while i was looking on a few car sites iv noticed that people seem to be very optamistic with there asking prices for example i saw a 97 civic type r for 6500 for a 13 year old car that is no more than a economy car with a fast motor in it maybe its just me but i couldnt bring myself to pay that much now if it was a vintage car then maybe but definatly not for a civic maybe its just me or does anyone else think that honda owners are taking the piss

It could be because the cars have been recently imported and have less mileage and are in better condition than other cars that have been here all their lives. A car in good condition will always sell for a higher price.

Car could have had a B18 transplant with loads of upgrades, could be well looked after and recently resprayed. You cant go giving out about the price of a car without giving the details.

If could be a well minded properly owned example that are hard to come by or it could be some idiot chancing his luck.

A car is worth as much as someone is willing to pay for it, I'm sure if you had a 97 Civic Type R and you stuck it up for 6500 and got 6000 for it you wouldn't be complaining.
