I thought the same until I discovered the wonders of Druids.

But Bulmers on the other hand...
Oh dear. I can think of at least two things wrong with that post.

Druids definitely isn't for girly men. 6% biatch.

I have 2 cans of Druids in my room, waiting for an appropriately skanky occasion.

    They make me happy.

First time I tried Bulmer's Berry I hated it.
Had it last Wednesday night (free bottle on entry) and it was lovely! They must have changed the recipe or something but it's really nice now.

Try spending ypur first year as a college student....underage. I'm telling ya, I'm wasted in science! I should have gone into creative writing. My first book would have been called 'The most creativ excuses for having no ID and other tales'
I must say though, I enjoyed the challenge.

    Ah! I've another little thing.

Being asked for ID by a bouncer who thinks you're 16 and being able to whip out my college ID a well as my passport!!

To be honest, I think it's way better not being asked for ID. Ever.

    Miller, anyone?

After a long period of soul-searching I've come to the conclusion that the most comforting food in the world is, in fact, brownies. (The regular kind)

    Miller tastes like vomit.......

I'm not that fussy when it comes to drink, but Miller just isn't on!

Beer in general for me is a no. Closest I get to beer is Snakebite! Even then it's only the odd time. I stick to cider in the pub. Is it a girlie thing I wonder?

I drink cider and I'm the manliest of men, everyone here can confirm that.

I just can't stand the taste of beer. Don't even like bulmers. Sweet ciders like kopparberg or rekorderlig for me. But these are expensive, so usually ends up with stonehouse mixed with ribena.

It was the not liking of beer I was refering to as my girlie thing :P

Not drinking is the manliest of activities.

Not drinking and buffalo murdering of course.

I'm a guy and I don't like beer either. But most of my friends think that's weird, so maybe it is a "girlie" thing. :(

    Right.Hand over your man cards

I hate beer, especially Heineken. It's one of the foulest things I've ever tasted. I don't think it's a girly thing, I think it's just a trait among those who haven't had their taste buds corroded off yet. :p

Cider ftw! It'll get you drunk should you want it to, and it doesn't taste like something that was filtered through an animal's urinary system.

My grandad brightens up all of my days. He's my best friend in the whole world. For my 21st birthday, he gave me a book which he began to make on the day I was born. It has things in it like my baby foot print, my first attempts at drawing a picture of the two of us together, so many photographs... just a million memories held between the covers. Every time I feel really sad now, I look at that book and I just feel better, because I know that no matter how bad things might seem, I got lucky. I got the best grandad in the world. <3

Other that him, and that book, I like getting letters in the post, when the sun shines and when I'm driving and a song I love comes on the radio.

Novella, that's lovely! There is no one on earth as special as a Grandad, I cherish every moment with mine. Just thinking about him makes me get a little teary! He's 81 so time is precious...what a lovely gift to look back on in years to come. Your post really made me smile :D:D:D
