Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I think this could be David Villa's World Cup.

Undoubtedly Messi is the best player in the world at the moment, so most people are looking in his direction to light up the tournament. A lot of pressure on one so young. Maradona played in the 1982 World Cup at a similar age and the pressure and brutal tackling eventually got to him.

I'm going to throw the name Shinji Okazaki out there, seems to have improved a lot in the last two years and scored 15 international goals in 09. Out of the rest of the Japanese squad, Honda and Morimoto are also fairly well regarded.
