E mail address change

Hello,

I can't remember my password for Adverts and I no longer use my old e mail account.

To reset my password, you guys send a mail to my e mail (which I cant get as I no longer have that email account)

How do I give you my new e mail address without knowing my password?

My password is automatically loaded into Boards when I log on. I don't actually remember what it is.

Are you using firefox to store the password?

If so, you could try the following

Tools
|

---

>Options---->Security

---

>Saved Passwords

---

>Show passwords

This will show the passwords that are autosaved

Hi Sparky,

No joy again. I was always automatically logged into Boards but not Adverts.

The strange this is, I can't see the password for Boards using the process from that website. Cool site by the way.

Is there no way that I can have my email address changed before I do the password change?

Best thing to do in this instance is to send an email to hello@boards.ie outlining the issue with your account and what you need changed in this instance.
This is primarily for data protection and to cover ourselves.
