    2 sachets of Dioralyte in a pint glass before bed keeps you hydrated during the night and you never wake up thirsty during the night.I bought a full box just for christmas ,knowing what was ahead.

    Just a note on that ,Don't just go out and buy it without reading instructions and if you are able to take it ,and this is NOT medical advice ,just common sense.

    even after 13/14 pints/cans, i never get a stick stomach, or headaches, just feel horrible, both mentally and phsyically

    the normal hangovers i dont mind at all, its the ones where your thinking to yourself that either your still drunk or just so fcuked up that you feel really bad

    2 or 3 cans usually sorts it out though as a cure, for me anyway

    im sobering up now after watchin the footie and UFC and feel rough as FCUK!! drinkin since 3p.m yesterday
    Got no painkillers,sausages,puddin etc...and i cant sleep after drinkin

    any suggestions homies??
