Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Can anyone help with this it is driving me nuts :mad:

    I use the simple search facility to find old mails usually by entering the email address of the person connected to that mail

    This used to work ok for me but recently the results are just coming up with one or two mails and the message

    Outlook is currently indexing your items and you search reuslts may be incomplete 5100 items remaining across all open mailboxes

    I did not change any of the settings so I can't undrstand why this has changed ,
