Blackberry - Deleted Entire Downloads Folder

I think the title pretty much says it all. Somehow managed to stupidly delete the downloads folder and would like it back now. :( Blackberry support doesn't really have much on it (that i can see), does anyone else have any experience in fixing a problem like this? I'd like to avoid restoring my blackberry if at all…
