    I'm writing an article at the moment about various Fishwives tales that have gone around that either prevent, or enhance, a woman's chance of conception without using traditional contraception and I was just wondering what people have heard themselves....maybe from an elderly lady, grandmother or whatnot?

    Any stories would help, thanks!
