fishing in wexford????

    Hi folks

    Im the words worst when it comes to fishing but I enjoy trying!:D
    mostly sea fishing but wouldnt mind giving the rivers a go.

    Looking the advice on the best place to go in wexford?
    whats the most popular fish at this time of year?
    what bait should I use??

    will be going to the tackel shop and will ask them but seeing what ye think??

    Anywhere in Wexford should be good. Try to fish the turn of the tide, 90 mins, 45 before and the same after. Rising or falling it won't bake a whole lot of difference. Best tides would be at Dawn or Dusk. Bait really depends on what you're after and where you are. Rag is probably the best all rounder. But mackerel, squid, lug, sandeel, mussel in any combination. You never know, you might hit the jackpot. Mackerel should be in down there so don't forget to try a few feathers.
