I usually like pizza plain with just chili shake, but if I'm sharing and the other person wants toppings - mushrooms and sweet corn is okay.

chicken is just plain wrong on a pizza.

    so is pineapple.

You can't go wrong with ham pepperoni and chorizo though.

You can. Pepperoni is not meant to be cooked - it turns into dry, rubbery crap swimming in grease.

I had a foie gras and truffle pizza once. Nice, but very silly.

And white pizzas (no tomato sauce) are delicious.

No need for the weight jibes mate. I would only have that sort of meal once a month. I'm a finely toned Olympian.

There was a place near me called Pizza Perfection (now sadly closed) that had a pizza with Nutella chocolate spread and Marshmallows with chocolate chips covered in a chocolate sauce.

make sure you ask them to put on oregano

its every bit as important as your cheese and tomato

Always. Mostly because the pizza place we use is ridiculously cheap and the delivery is very quick. Two 10" pizzas, huge garlic bread, massive portion of chips, 2 dips, 2 cans of coke, all delivered in less than 30 minutes for €20. And its fecking gorgeous.

I'd usually go for the American hot which is pepperoni, green peppers, onions and jalapenoes. Tasty.

Whenever I ring Domino's and ask for a pizza, they of course ask which toppings...to which I reply "I don't know. Surprise me!"

All was going well, and I got to taste some really nice topping combinations that I wouldn't have ordered myself. But then some wiseguy in Domino's sent me a pizza with just 1 topping..extra cheese.

I'm saddened by the number of pineapple-haters here :( I've been known to take out a tine of pineapple rings, chop them up and add them to my pizza which already came with pineapple. Sometimes there's not enough pineapple!

Now the word pineapple has lost all meaning.

Pineapple. An apple of pine. A pine-flavoured apple.

    /ramble.

Jalapenos and anything. Don't really care, the rest are just filling.

Used to love the Dominoes hot box, jalapenos, chilli flakes and chilli tomotoe sauce and a bunch of meat!

I am missing the fruit that I normally have on my ice cream on a meal where everything else is spicy and herby and savoury and delicious???

You know what I love though? Roast Turkey and stuffing and spuds and broccoli with a few slices of pears all covered with yummy gravy**

**Of course I jest, that would be silly.....like putting pineapple on a Pizza!!!

    :D

Ham, Pepperoni, Salami, Mushrooms and Peppers with a side of Garlic Bread

Yeah, have eaten there a few times.

    SOR though, is amazing Pizza.

You can just get 'square' slices if you want to take away.

Get a coffee too and have a stroll in Stephens Green.

Has to be tasted to be believed.

Hope I haven't built it up too much :p

    Dominos:
Double Sun-dried tomato and garlic sauce (the double helping of sauce is important as it would just be too dry otherwise!), meatballs, cajun chicken, onions and mushrooms.

The Dominos Meltdown: The Revenge (one with mustard) is actually gorgeous.
