How do I call divert with iPhone on O2

I can seem to get through to the O2.ie customer support on 1909. Queues are exceeding 5mins on account of the Bank hol, I guess. I've never set up my iPhone 3gs to divert. It's a pay monthly account. Is there a key sequence ? Can it be done also via the web interface ? Please help - I've no signal downstairs in my house…
