Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

TV Anti-Theft Device

    Hi,

I own a Samsung 42" Plasma TV that I have fixed to its standard base that sits on top of a TV stand I bought. As this cost quite a bit of money I'd like to ensure that it is locked down in case anyone every tries to steal it.

What are my options in terms of locking it to the stand, as I presume no one is going to attempt to steal the whole lot.
I've had a search but most devices seem to relate to wall mounted TVs.

    Thanks.

on some panasonics (not sure about samsung) theres a small hole at the back of the pedestal that you can screw through to a wooden stand. or what i've seen some people doing, use steel rope through this hole and attach to something anchored

I had used thin metal wire before around the base of my tv and then fixed to stand.wasn't exactly anti theft but would have made it awkward for them.
Another option thought could be this
