UPC Broadband upgrade for D15

Posting this here instead of the Broadband forum as it only affects some D15 users. UPC have confirmed to me that there is very high contention on the broadband line supplying Delwood, Brompton, Glenville, Roselawn, Hazel Lawn & surronding areas. They dug up Huntstown, Hartstown, Rusheeny, Blakestown etc. during the summer and autumn to improve Broadband Infrastructure and some thing to do with phones I think.

Its to do with the faster speeds they are offering.

Does anyone in Huntstown, specifically Ashfield near the roundabout by Centra have UPC broadband. I've been calling them and checking their website for months and still nothing. I can get TV, HD and + but no broadband which is all I'm after.
