    Looking at that, looks like a good deal to be honest, decent enough feedback and cheap enough.

    Best way is get your dentist to make up the moulds for your teeth and buy your own gel. 35% is v strong and may cause some discomfort.

    The industry leader gel is Opalesence, which can be bought online from US
    15% might be a good strength to use, will cause a little less sensitivity

    I picked this up in a Eurostore at one stage, use it every so often.
    You can probably get it or something like it in most chemists.

    Eucryl toothpowder

    It's mildly abrasive, gets rid of mild stains from coffee.
    It says it's for smokers, but I don't smoke, does the job anyways.
