    Thats 100 days of doing Stronglifts 5x5 :)

    To be honest, I didn't follow the program fully but I kept with the main idea behind it.

    Time to move on I think! Tomorrow I'll be starting something new.

    Tomorrow, I'll post current stats, progress pics, my feelings on progress and a link to my new log.

    Stats (as of 13/9/10):
    Age: 20
    Weight: 66kg
    Height: 178cm
    BF%: 12%

    Lifts:
    Squat - 90kg x5
    DL - 102.5kg x5
    Bench - 62.5kg x5
    OHP - 42.5 x5

    Considering i'd never deadlifted or squatted before 3 months ago, I'm delighted with these stats!

    I'm pretty happy with my overall progress too. I've started getting comments from friends which is always good!

    Anyway, heres the progress pics (before shot was the best I could find):
