    As the title suggests, i'm just looking for a brief rundown on how long to spend on; stair, higher level poems, ord/hl poems etc:.

    Technically "a mark a minute" but it's doubtful you'll need 30 minutes for stair so spend the extra time where you need it! For everything else a mark a minute.
