Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Looking to get my black 1989 Fender japan strat sprayed in woodstock white .

    Anyone know any one who repaints guitars?

    forum member paintdoctor is your man,he's based in cork
    but far far cheaper than anyone i've found in dublin
    for reference a well known dublin guitar repairman charged iirc 400 for a nitro respray and a pickup change,setup

    he didn't let the guitar cure enough and now around areas such as the neck bolts it's chipping away,he also botched the electronics grounding so it buzzes alot

    so the ONLY person I know of the the country i'd trust is owen (mr paint doctor)
    taking the guitar apart and ship him down the body is the way to go
    and it's what i'll be doing wit ha couple of projects when im back working
