Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Thanks,

op, both clubs compete and attract people from the swords area-your welcome to drop into Rush to try it out and Andy in baldoyle would welcome you for a try out aswell..

Both have MMA, Boxing and BJJ and would be the best around your area.

Rush Boxing club and Rush Martial Arts head coach.

Thanks for the replies. had no idea there were so many places near swords.

I couldnt see any indiication of any sort of weight training /strength equipment though. I find it a bit odd for any MMA place not to have since strength is such a huge factor. I'd rather just go to the same place for both :)

    I'll check the suggestions out.

Id recommend Informed performance in Finglas/Cabra for strenght and conditioning. If you have a car it should be handy to get to.
