That would depend on your contract. My job has a contract minimum, part-time has to be at least 15 hours. Generally I get 25, a few times a year I get 15 for a few weeks..occassionally rostered for 13/14 hours and they have to give me extra then to make it up. If your contract doesn't have this..I don't see much of a point in staying in your job. Stay at it, but look around for other jobs.
