    Hello,

    How much money will the Bank offer to a first time buyer to help them buy a apartment. Lets say I want to buy an apartment for 250,000 euro. Would they give you the full amount of money?

    No, they won't give you the full amount. You would need to have a deposit/savings to make up the balance, as the maximum they will give you is 92%.

    the max is 92% and they would be much happier if lower than this.
