    I am a vodafone user. I set my mailbox greeting and it is activated. However, when my phone is off and you call it I just get "the mobile customer you are calling may have their mobile switched off etc..." instead of my greeting, what is the problem?

    Also, when the phone is on it just keeps ringing and does not go to the mailbox greeting message. When you ring some phones they will just ring for about 4 rings and then go to the mailbox message. How can you set this?
