    Anyone recommend a good sausage for using Bangers and Mash.

    Lidl premium are fantastic.

    Tesco also do a lovely cumberland sausage.

    I sometimes use Tesco's finest pork and apple or else their cumberland sausage. yummy

    "Saints & Scholars" are really good sausages, too. They sell them in Tesco, among other places.

    I usually get pork and leek or toulouse sausages from fallon and byrnes when I make bangers and mash. They're really good.

    Tesco's Cumberland Sausages are yummee.

    The Lidl sausages (I think they are €1.59) are lovely too!

    Any good sized sausages should be nice.
    Dont forget the onion gravy!

    Just don't use Tesco's frozen Cumberland, they're manky. I'd go for a good butcher-made Cumberland.
