Best place to get Piercing near Kilkenny?

Hi I want to get my nipple pierced and looking for advice on where to go. Im in Kilkenny and have not heard good things about the person who does them here. My sis got her tatts in Snakebite and says its a great place but she doesnt have piercings! Also would prefer not to have to go that far especially as there are so…
