Can I block all torrents with Netopia router?

Lo all, Looking to block all torrents using an Netopia 2247NWG. I don't torrent, but a few people in the house do, and I'm looking to ensure I get no letter though the door from Eircom. Should I block certain ports, or what's the best way to go about it?
