Thanks red! I played well all day (even in the winners and losers finals) but the level of play from blag and cobelcog was something else. Best inferno final i've seen.

Had some great games yesterday, particularly with Ken B. What an ending that was - timeout in the final round of the final game and there was only one bit of chip in the difference! We couldn't even tell who had won until the game announced the winner :eek:

Thanks to everyone for coming, especially to those who paid €15 exactly!

The tournament ran pretty smoothly and it looks like next month we'll be trying out Space 54, which will likely mean a slightly earlier start.

Can everyone who travels from outside of Dublin find out how early they can get here, because ideally we'd like to start no later than 13:00 and probably before then.

I'll post the full results a little later.

Congratulations lads, especially to Terry and GoreySnake for (afaik) their first high placings in tournaments. Been a long time coming for Terry's Rufus, and I was pretty sure GoreySnake was gonna be a dark horse.

Good games everyone yesterday. Was good to see new people still turning up and doing well. The tournament was great as ever.

I lost the breakaway cord on my stick so if anyone happened to find a black one from a TE it's mine but it's not a major deal.

Usually we'd be getting into Dublin at around 12:45 on the train. The next earliest train leaves at 8am and gets in at 10am.

The other option is to get the bus at 9am and be in Dublin at around 11:30am.

Personally Id be prepared to get the train down,even if it means I'd be there very early, rather than getting the bus.

I'll find out how the others feel.
