down loading ovi maps

    hi all on average how long does it take to download ovi maps i have my n97 connected via the usb cable the last two hours:eek: and it's still not finished downloading.

    Do you have Ovi suite installed on your pc? if you do then it should take only seconds.

    yeah i have ovi suite installed along with nokia maps loader:mad:

    from my experience once you pick the maps you want in the map loader it downloads them from the web to your pc and then from your pc to your phone. took about 1-3 hrs the last time i added some on and i think they were roi/uk/france and america.
