Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hope I can get some advice on this!

    Spotted this in Powercity.
    http://www.lg.com/ie/tv-audio-video/televisions/LG-lcd-tv-37LH5000.jsp

When looking at it it seemed a better picture than the other TVs around (in the same sort of price bracket).

It's a few quid more than I was hoping to spend (€579), but I don't mind the extra quid if it's the right telly.

What kinda threw me off was it saying it was HD Ready.
I'd mostly be using the TV for sports through my UPC DVR HD box.

Am I going to missing out on anything because its HD Ready and not HD or Full HD?

Uhm, it's HD Ready 1080p, which is also known as "Full HD" (personally hate the term Full HD).

As you've got UPC HD, you're sorted. As an aside, no TV channel broadcasts in "Full HD", not that you'd notice anyway.
