Which would you recommend for cooking with seasonal products and dishes that are easy to make?!

    Thanks a mill. :)

I just got the new one by Sam Stern called 'Eat Vegetarian'.

Havent made too much yet, but everything in it looks great and easy to make. What i did try was delish. He has a load of cakes and desserts too :D

He isnt veggie but his sisters are....i actually think him not being a veggie makes the book better cos he has stuff in it that he would like to eat, despite being a meat eater.

hey guys I'm definitely a newbie to this stuff and need a little bit of help. I'm trying to get more healthy in my life and my family's life but it's been tough. I'm looking for a healthy or vegan cookbook and I found this site http://www.squidoo.com/the-best-recipe-cookbook-ever-top-vegetarian-vegan-healthy-new-cookbook and I think the practical paleo: a customized approach to health by diane sanfillipo is something that i'm really interested in after reading some reviews. I was hoping some of you guys might have some experience with the book or suggestions for me. any help would be great!

If it's specifically seasonal cooking you want then check out Denis Cottrer's Cafe Paradiso books. Especially "Seasons" http://www.cafeparadiso.ie/book2

Do you have any of the books?
If so, how do you find the recipes.
I was disappointed with the food from the restaurant itself.
I just didn't have any particular flair in terms of flavour.
Made me think twice about buying a book.

I have 3 of them, recipes are great but then I really love the food in the restaurant. Horses for courses I suppose... or horseradish anyway.
