Buying online from US-Consumer Rights/Returns

    Hi guys,

    A girl I know jus bought her debs dress on-line from a US site rissyroos.com...when it arrived the back and straps were completely different from the picture she bought from.

    She rang them as soon as it was delivered and they said she couldn't return it as 'she had the oppportunity to ask questions' (random!!) and their returns policy also says 'international Orders are Final Sale'

    Is this legal and does she have any come back??I'v tried googling it but I can't get the info Im lookin for.

    If anyone could shed some light on the situation it would be great.

    If all comes to all she will alter it but it's not wat she ordered and she's really peed off about it.
