Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I thought i was the only one laughing, that is a rediculous goal!
But in fairness, the US deserve it.

First thing your thought as a keeper whrn the ball comes at you like that put your body behind it for some reason he was almost to the side of it.

can't see any swerve, bad or funny bounce in that. It looks worse in every replay, nearly looks deliberate it's that bad..

I've never been so devastated at a goal being scored against England. Absolutely gutted for Rob Green. Hope England go on and win and that mistake isn't that important in the scheme of things.

Who took the shot, by the way?

Nobody's mentioned the scorer, only Rob Green! :D

I missed the first goal because of ITV and I missed the second goal because I was reading comments on here about missing the first goal.

Bollocks to this, I'm turning this off and watching the game.

Hardly Taibi bad, it did not go through him but it certainly was dreadful keeping.

Perhaps I was mistaken, I wasn't making anything up, I constantly see players "declaring themselves fit".

No. No, you don't. You hear about them being declared fit, or passing fitness tests.

asking if there is a chance of replacing Green at HT now. One of the lads said it would "Completely ruin him" if he were to be taken off. Think it is far too late for that.

I disagree. Granted he didn't have the best season last season, the season before wasn't fantastic but the previous two seasons he was easily England's best goalkeeper. And inexplicably he never was played.
Can't believe that just minutes before I said I'd love it if Rob went through the tournament without making a huge error :( Hopefully he can pick himself up.
