    Vuvuzela analysing experts:confused:

    whatever next.
Typical, they can't find any valid reason to ban them so H&S bollix raises its ugly head again, can't argue with H&S

    I think they're great!

You say that now, but consider how endemic TB is across Africa and then ask yourself how eager you'd be to be bathed in fine mist of spittle, sprayed from a hundred thousand vuvuzelas?

Their primary health and safty concern will of course result from issues of physical safety.
I can easily imagine that irritating drone will see a lot of arguments start with "If you don't quit with that racket, I'm going to take that bloody thing and shove it right up you your.... " and end with a doctor performing a vuvuzela-endectomy from the co-lo rectal region.

    Oh the ironing.

I have €50 Dirk Kuyt at 80/1 as my outside bet for top scorer.

well hes has already scored one more than my predicted top scorer

    :(

I think they are great. Personally the noise of a chanting football crowd is like nails on a chalkboard to me. The monotone hum of the vuvuzela's is far more bearable...

Mexico are now forgiven for USA 94 and I hope they do well, they'd certainly beat the crap out of England, now lets hope they flop tomorrow evening too!

So you read or hear the news, which I just did, in reading form on rte.ie that Mexico have "all but ended" Frances hopes.... so on....

Seriously, what else did they do? Like did they have a salsa dance, caress, massage or bloody hold hands with France? all but ended, I would have said something along the lines of Mexico have surely ended hopes.... This term is used all the time and it doesn't seem to make sense, or am I missing something?

It's the "but" bit that just seems to render this meaningless or stupid more so!
