My own personal opinion would be that while the day of shooting could be held there (MNSCI), trying to hold it on a day when another large crowd of shooters are booked to turn up is simply asking for a refusal.

Pick another date would be your best option. Also all the talk of holding it at the MNSCI is grand, but has anyone actually asked about the possibility of doing so. Again not trying to p**s on anyone's parade, but that would be a key factor and leaving it until 1 - 2 -3 weeks before you want to shoot is cutting it fine. Too fine maybe.
