I've been searching for Cherry 7up for years, and when walking down Oliver Plunkett Street the other day I saw a crushed can of the stuff lying on the ground.
Does anyone know where I can actually buy some of it?!

You sure it wasn't just a limited edition/test the market kinda thing? That said, I wish you could get a bigger variety of soft drinks here. They're probably my biggest vice. Dr Pepper from the can (it's just better) and Mountain Dew in particular.

Worked in a shop before and pretty much everyone gets their drinks from the same providers. There are very few specialist places and I haven't really seen any shops that would order things in from elsewhere so I'd say you're outta luck :[ Finding a website to import it is probably your best shout but it'll probably cost a bomb.

It's apperantly a pretty common limited run drink in the UK - generally only appearing during the Summer, which is the only time I've ever drank any of it.
I've never seen a can of if in Ireland except for that one can on Oliver Plunkett Street the other week so I'm hoping it's getting a Summer release over here too =)

Try the Euro2 store, they were selling 5 cans for €2 in Dublin last week. Might still be doing it.

The website says they have a store at
    74 Oliver Plunkett Street

cant advise on Cork, but in Limerick there are a few "Global food stores", Chinese supermarket and a few indian and pakistani shops, all of which stock weird and wonderful versions of soft drinks, and they usually cost between 80c and 1.50.

i buy Tango cherry and orange, mountain dew, cherry cola but to name a few.
try finding out if there are any of those type of stores in Corrrk (bouy)

I know the Boots shop near the Opera House stock Bottles of Cherry Cola, maybe they also do to Cherry 7UP too? Got a can of it in Dundrum shopping centre a few weeks ago, not bad stuff really.

The polish store across from Dekor8/Dunnes on North Main Street does 500ml bottles of Cherry Coke. Yum. Now if they'd only do vanilla too I'd be sorted.

Check in the specialist Eastern European / Middle East / Asian shops, you might be lucky as they tend to stock imported stuff you wouldn't get here normally.

try LA Bagels on Oliver Plunkett St... lots of imported drinks in there! They have bundaberg ginger beer from Australia... yum!

I think you can get it in €2 shops.

I've bought cherry 7up from an asian food place in Waterford, I'd say that kind of shop is your best bet.

Alas it turns out they were indeed selling it in Euro2. There's some signs advertising it instore, but no cans left on the shelf =(
Hopefully Galway's Euro2 has some and I can stock up this weekend!
